Came to John’s after a deer ran into my back left bumper and popped it out. I was worried about the cost even though it looked like a simple fix just because of past experiences. John came out and took a look at my car and let me know that he could pop it back in within the hour - no charge! I even offered some cash, and they refused saying it was an easy fix. The shop isn’t anything fancy, and John/receptionist aren’t ones to small talk or exchange empty pleasantries… but they really helped me out and were honest people, so I appreciate that. Overall would recommend.

Outstanding service! Instead of an expensive full bumper replacement for our 2013 Camry, they came up with a smart, functional, and budget-friendly solution to reattach it. The service was incredibly fast and professional!

Today I took my car to John’s Collision Center , and I can’t express how pleased I am with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The customer service here is exceptional everyone is friendly, approachable, and truly cares about their customers. On top of all that, Mr. john has a fantastic personality! It's not often you find a mechanic who can make you feel at ease about your car troubles while sharing a few laughs. The whole atmosphere was refreshing and made a potentially stressful situation much more enjoyable.

Our first ever experience with a collision center and John made it an excellent one. He was good explaining the work that was taking place on our car along the way which we appreciated. He tried to keep the cost low when ordering parts which we also appreciated. Overall very good experience and the car looks great. We would recommend anyone to John's Collision Center. Thanks John!!

The team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable, and the customer service made the whole process easy and stress-free. My car was fixed quickly and runs perfectly now.
